Greengate is a privately run company established in 2005. We create quality accommodation and care options for seniors, offering independent and assisted retirement living plus 24-hour aged care in all of our communities.
We are hands-on through the entire value creation process, from identifying the best locations to the planning, design, sales and marketing, and ongoing management of the village and aged care home. Our team brings together a wealth of experience from backgrounds in architecture, development, management, hospitality and clinical aged care.

With 20 years’ experience in senior commercial finance roles, Michelle ensures quality and diligence in our financial processes and treasury management whilst supporting sustainable growth for the business. Michelle is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Catherine has worked within Human Resources for over 20 years, the last 10 years as a member of a senior leadership team. She believes in creating supportive and inclusive workplace cultures where teams are empowered to use and develop their talents and bring their best selves to work. Catherine believes that in order to provide the best care and lifestyle outcomes for our residents, we first need to foster a team of happy and engaged employees. This is the philosophy and drive behind Greengate’s Best Workplace Award 2020.
Elizabeth is a healthcare management professional with more than 20 years’ experience in acute and aged care settings. Elizabeth has worked in management, education and specialist Registered Nurse roles. She has also been an aged care accreditation assessor for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. In her role as Quality and Clinical Education Manager, Elizabeth is driven to ensure our team members have the right knowledge to provide quality care and service, that reflects an understanding of each resident and Greengate’s values.
Megan’s experience in the retirement and aged care sector spans well-over a decade, and she has proudly been part of the Greengate team for almost 5 years. Megan brings to her role a wealth of knowledge about all things aged care and retirement, as well as a kind and understanding nature that puts our residents at ease. Megan is the Licensee in Charge for Greengate Realty and leads the customer relations team for Greengate.
Stephen has been Greengate’s Information Technology and Communications Manager for over 5 years. He is responsible for designing, implementing and operating the IT strategy across all three villages in both Sydney and Brisbane. Bringing his passion for technology, Stephen looks after all aspects of IT for Greengate, and is always looking for new and innovative solutions for our villages.
