Greengate are known for being industry leaders and award winners when it comes to building and developing senior communities. This year, we were winners of a different kind of award, The Change Challenge 2021! This award recognises high performing organisations which have successfully uplifted employee engagement through effective employee engagement programs.
As we all know, there are astronomical benefits to employee engagement such as; increased job satisfaction, higher productivity, loyalty and retention all of which increases the morale within the team.
