Greengate Voted 2021 Winners For Change

Greengate are known for being industry leaders and award winners when it comes to building and developing senior communities. This year, we were winners of a different kind of award, The Change Challenge 2021! This award recognises high performing organisations which have successfully uplifted employee engagement through effective employee engagement programs.

As we all know, there are astronomical benefits to employee engagement such as; increased job satisfaction, higher productivity, loyalty and retention all of which increases the morale within the team. We are honoured to be recognised for our approach to change and are even more honoured that our employees feel the same.

Thank you to everyone for being part of our people-focused company where employee and resident feedback means everything to us.

Each of our expert judges independently evaluated the finalists’ applications to determine worthy winners for each category. Greengate was part of the large company category. Our judges were:

Dr Peter Langford, Director, Voice Project

Frank Sedmak General Manager People & Culture, Cerebral Palsy Alliance

Heather Ikin National Chair, APS College of Organisational Psychologists

Our judges have provided some very positive comments about the significant improvements you have made.
