Masters of Property and Development

Greengate directors and employees undertake lecturing at the University of New South Wales, in the Master of Property and Development "Modern Property" core subject.

This provides a great opportunity for Greengate directors and employees to invest back into the property industry, by training the next generation of property professionals.

In 2006, Greengate was awarded the Australian Property Institute (NSW Chapter) Kemp Strang Award for Excellence for its lecturing.

Education and Training

For select clients, Greengate provides for "in-house" training for the company's staff, in the areas of property development, construction, property finance, valuation, planning and approvals.

Greengate directors also provide mentoring for some of the industry's emerging property talent.
