Our values permeate everything we do. They are the foundation of Greengate. We don't compromise on the standard and quality of our services or what we do. We challenge everything we do, always looking for a "better way" to deliver. We share a great passion for property and its ability to bring about lasting community, environmental and economic benefits. We "cut our teeth" at Lend Lease where founder Dick Dusseldorf introduced and embedded a values-driven, socially responsible approach to business. We embraced and furthered this approach as part of Lend Lease's senior management team and it is core to how we do business. We are most inspired when we solve complex challenges in a way that delivers lasting value and a win for all parties.
