Most people get tired watching Matt apply his boundless energy, enthusiasm and capacity he commits to all tasks. As a previous director of Lend Lease Development, Matt was responsible for the successful integration of the $200m Delfin acquisition, inception and development approval of "The Bond", Lend Lease's new head office and "Building of the Decade" and major new business acquisitions including Hyatt Coolum, Daikyo Gold Coast sites and Twin Waters Resort. Matt's strong results orientated approach and skills in resolving complex legal, business and property issues led to several business transforming acquisitions and partnerships for Lend Lease and now at Greengate. His ability to create world class innovative property solutions was recognised in 2004 when the Twin Waters project received FIABCI award for best residential project globally. When you work with Matt it is his strong motivation to achieve, balanced by his ability to foster common ground support, that is compelling. Matt is also a Director of City West Housing which is a not for profit organisation providing approximately 2,000 residents affordable housing in inner-Sydney. |
