He brings to Greengate experience running his own design & construction company before joining Greengate. Greville has a disciplined approach and determination to deliver complex projects and build relationships through the process. He has an excellent ability to understand client's businesses and translate their needs into a deliverable property and building solution. His ability to manage both the conceptualisation and delivery of complex projects ensures continuity for clients. As the Development Manager for the St Peter's Green project he has been responsible for managing the complexities between different owners of the site while achieving the development approval and a design with time and cost constraints.
