Greengate has a number of projects under construction and/or in the early planning stages. Interested parties can contact Greengate and participate in focus group testing, where Greengate seeks feedback from potential purchasers on the initial proposals.

Greengate currently has the following retirement and Independent Living Unit projects either available for sale or seeking market feedback.

> St Peter's Green, Lane Cove North

St Peter's Green is Greengate's demonstration project, that aptly communicates all of Greengate's abilities.

The project combines seniors living operated by Catholic Healthcare, public library and community rooms operated by Willoughby Council and cafe / deli and toddlers playground in a tranquil village setting amongst mature native trees and lavishly landscaped gardens.
