In 2006, Greengate was awarded the Australian Property Institute (NSW Chapter) Kemp Strang Award for Excellence for its innovative course structure and lecturing at the University of New South Wales. With many buildings under or soon to commence construction, Greengate anticipates being in contention for property industry awards relating to environmental excellence, community projects and stakeholder consultation achievements.
