Andrew's strengths are his creativity, strategic thinking and business skills. At Greengate he has conceived the St Peter's Green project into a flagship inner urban mixed use project, which has the full support of all participants, including local Council and community. In his previous role as General Manager of New Business for Lend Lease Development, he oversaw and delivered significant business growth, through the acquisition of Delfin, partnering with Government and other key alliances. His other achievements include securing prime projects such as the $1.5 billion Rouse Hill Town Centre (NSW) and $2 billion Victoria Harbour urban renewal in Melbourne's Docklands. Andrew's real strength is his creativity and strategic insight. His many years in the property industry, through all facets of visioning, securing and delivering projects, has provided him with an excellent understanding of the industry and its drivers. His ability to see and predict trends, challenge practices and create new ways of operating has been key to his success.
